The Restorer - Currently the Work Shop is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10am-5pm. Please do call first as we are often out dropping off or picking up furniture.
Our goal is to recycle, refinish, refurbish and restore items that come through the doors of our workshop. We strive to use end of run and off cuts of fabrics, foams, padding and threads. This is a cost effective method which allows us to save money and pass the savings onto our clients. Where possible we use natural waxes and finishes and attempt to avoid harmful strippers and chemicals. Our wood finishes usually have a beautiful patina and depth to them that new furniture cannot offer.
Our Workshop is also open for you to bring your precious items in and let us give them a new life. We encourage you to bring your own fabric choices or view those we have on hand. The Restorer can refinish your Furniture, Automobile, Caravan, Boat or Motorcycle. We have even been known to renew heavy equipment interiors, farming vehicles and even a tractor seat or two! Over 30 years of upholstery experience shows in every finished piece. We truly love what we do.
Our hope is that through careful selection of fabric, finishes and design with a collective and concentrated effort, we can deliver unique and beautiful items.
We strive to bring out the very best of each piece whilst honouring it’s integrity.
These treasures may not be new but they will be new to you!
